The Blue Ridge Lodging Association presents the 2011 Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival. North Georgia’s premier music and food festival in the mountains!

Downtown Blue Ridge will set the stage as a fantastic back drop and venue location for a perfect early fall event. The leaves start to change with cooler days and crisp evenings that invite outdoor activities! The sounds of Blues music and the sweet smell of BBQ from local and regional cookers will fill the air as families and groups of friends enjoy this unique setting and event.

Time: 3 to 10PM
Location: Downtown Blue Ridge City Park (South)
$5 Admission: Collectable Posters, Apparel, Unique Raffle Awards and Silent Auction. * A portion of all proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of Blue Ridge.

Entertainment: Featuring Francine Reed & the Rolling Bones Band, The Black Top Band, Frankies Blues Band, and the King Bees. Celebrity MC’s Jill Becker of 11 Alive news and Jack Morton will keep the audience engaged between sets.

Food and Drinks: Come hungry! The festival will include several local vendors sampling and serving their BBQ style culinary delights and featuring the award winning Sam’s BBQ-1 competition cook team! Wash down a late lunch or dinner with a SweetWater Brew or quench your thirst with an Ice Tea, Coke, or Water provided by the BRLA.

NO COOLERS, PETS, OR SMOKING will be permitted in the festival…
